Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. From the minute I called to the very end — absolutely phenomenal.

Selling a property in a resort complex is tough, especially with high strata fees and management complications. Most agents would walk away, but Helen didn’t — she pushed through and delivered.

She achieved the highest sale price in the complex since new management took over, proving her determination and commitment.

Helen is an excellent negotiator who managed to get the buyers up and us down. I respect her knowledge in the business. The buyers got a fantastic investment and we got the best outcome we could.

She’s local, independently owned and managed, and she gets the job done — no excuses, no nonsense.

If you want your property sold or looking to purchase Kimberley Property & Co is the agency you need.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a fantastic experience with Helen from Kimberley Property Co, when I purchased a property. She was warm, down to earth and incredibly helpful, and clearly knew what she was doing. Helen responded very quickly to my questions, and had everything organised so I didn't have to worry or chase up on things. I can't fault the service I received from Kimberley Property Co. I also had some dealings with Jeremy in the process, and found him to be equally helpful and organised. It felt reassuring to work with such a high quality real estate agency, which has a real emphasis on building relationships and putting people first. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Helen or Jeremy to anyone who is looking at buying or renting a property.
